Following this LLM program leads to professional certification No. 39587, Level 7, as a Business Lawyer, registered with the RNCP on October 1, 2024, by France Compétence through the certifying body HEAD.

Assessment Procedures

Assessment for the various modules of the Master’s in Law and Business Practice consists of a variety of assessment methods, spread out evenly over the weeks of the semester and across all courses. The goal is to strengthen the educational aspect of assessments and to ensure that feedback plays a significant role in students’ academic progress.

Assessment is conducted:

Through continuous assessment for each module (written assignments, multiple-choice questions, or group or individual research projects, individual or group oral presentations)
Through certification exams that also assess skill sets (presentation of individual written assignments, written exam in the form of a case study, creation of a professional portfolio, written case study based on a real or fictional business scenario, simulated group scenarios with individual oral presentations)
The host company also evaluates the learner’s skills (apprenticeship logbook)

Adaptation of the training program:

Partial validation of the degree by skill blocks is possible. No bridging is possible between our different certifications.

How to obtain a certified business lawyer certification at HEAD?

Each competency module is subject to an independent certification assessment.

To obtain certification, the candidate must have completed a minimum of 40 days of work experience and passed all modules.

Through the VAE pathway: leverage your professional or non-professional legal experience and boost your career by completing a Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE)

Partial validation of the credential by competency blocks is possible. No bridging or equivalency is possible between other certifications.
